Refund policy

- Policy for exchanging and returning goods:
According to the directives of the Ministry of Commerce, return and exchange is a legitimate right to return within three days of receiving the product and exchange within seven days of receiving the product.

- Regarding cases in which products and goods cannot be returned or exchanged :

  • When submitting a return request after 3 days from the date of receipt regarding the products
  • When the product is used, when it is damaged, when it is not in the same condition in which you received it, or when the product’s safety sticker is removed.
  • Consumable products that have been used or installed.
  • Products that have been tampered with, or whose serial numbers have been removed.
  • Products without price tags, stickers, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.


- How can I refund my money if I receive an item that is not in the correct shape or damaged?

  • When you receive the item in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the online store, you can then return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt.
  • When we receive the returned item, the returned item will be inspected, and if the item is defective or damaged, we will immediately begin procedures to refund your money to you, deducting the shipping value if we send it to the customer.

- Important note :
The customer bears the full cost of shipping the item if it is returned.
